By 11AM today I was feeling awful and looking it. And then I thought, "Hang on did you take your meds this morning?"

Quick check and the answer was no. What a klutz!!

How could I have missed my morning ritual of dispensing a gaziilion tabs? The memory is going - obviously. ThumbDown

I'm glad though I'm not the only one LOL

i haven't resorted to a pill dispenser/box yet .. but i do have my boxes of tablet's in some sort of order in my kitchen cupboard,

i take most of them with brekkie, i'm down 4 pills for different conditions, one of them Hydroxy x 2 a day, one blood pressure one from my cocktail of 3 for them and one i take at night, and that really makes a difference, my monthly bag from the Pharmacy is smaller!!

so that make's me feel happier, i know we need them but it's also nice that my list has dwindled somewhat.

Hi Paul!
I did the opposite on Tuesday and took a double dose but didn't realize until after I had done the same thing again on Wednesday--Doh! Sadly the pain wasn't greatly improved and I don't suppose my liver was too happy but hey ho we seem to survive these brain dead momentsBigGrin

Hope you are having a better day

Hi Julie,

I managed to confuse my morning and evening cocktails of meds once. So I ended up taking a dose of 40 mg prednisolone in the evening. I hardly slept a wink all night!

Suzanne - yes I too have a kitchen cupboard that looks more like the shelves of the local pharmacy.
